Ssandblasted glass or sandblasted acid etched glass. The subtle contrast between the satin finish of acid etched glass and the matte finish of the sandblasting provides an intriuging visual impact. The sandblasted designs on clear glass are of course also available.

Etched Picture Window

Intriging art form that features the added advantages of:

double glazing - for sound and temperature insulation
complete privacy - a contemporary alternative to curtains
diffused sunlight - great for front windows of terrace houses.

Here the feature glass has been mounted in a separate frame which matches the existing window. Hinges or pin fittings allow easy opening or removal of the feature panel. Alternatively the feature panel can be put straight into the existing window frame.

Designs can include our illustrations, any graphic designs, coat of arms, flag, etc, we will create new artwork from photographs of antique glass designs.

cost of double sandblasting is approx $85/sq foot (300mm X300mm)
Includes 4mm acid etched glass.
Frame and toughening is extra if required.
